    Don't usually buy a protection plan but this appears to cover every item we have purchased at Best Buy since date of purchase. When used the service has been great.

    I take all my computers and tablets for them to check and clean up as needed. I never had a problem while use this system. I also purchased a new computer and they came to my home and took the time to install and showed me the update to Windows 11.

    I purchased Best Buy Totaltech Protection when I bought a new dishwasher, and it covered the installation cost. It has also come in handy since I bought a new laptop, and the Geek Squad helped me with the setup and install of antivirus software. Nice to have.

    Works great even though it was an open box. Warranty came in handy as I had to return to have the joint for the screen to keyboard fixed.
