You know I had to get the protection with my brand new laptop and all in one desktop I bought.

This is a purchase well worth it! We have already used it and has been helpful and worth the yearly membership cost. Will keep getting.

This laptop is slim and light , the battery keeps its charge very well and for a long time, the processor speed is adequate for my use.

Great for older people that need a large screen and spacious keyboard. My mother has arthritis and she is older, I go this for her. Works great

It is totally different than the prior total tech program. It's still seems to be a lot better as far as not worrying about extended warranties anymore it automatically enrolled you in 24 months as long as you keep up your total tech

This is actually really good especially when you have little kids running around I had my laptop stop working one day and they fixed it the next day no charge
