Geek Squad service issues

Harassed me for weeks, didn't read notes left by other personnel, refused to answer return calls as instructed (told me to return call, did, no answer). Made an appointment. Had to wait 20+ minutes past scheduled time to get waited on. Just overall unsatisfactory service.
