seems to be a good protection plan repairs etc done for no charge

Never had to use it yet and hope I don't have to. it's a great this that BestBuy have in place.

Nice for helping repair laptop when it masterly breaks.

This membership plan saved me $ with loading my new computer.

Again, I wish these weren't so expensive but it comes in handy.

Not impressed was told my repairs were covered now To find out that the open box I purchased isn’t covered feel like I was lied to to get me to purchase the membership

ValueLESS! Got it incase there was any issue with my laptop for about $550 (If i remember right, give or take) in 2024 - paid the $179 for the top tier membership as the person told me that if they can't fix it they will give me a loaner when they send it out. Today after paying for over a year and a half I was told at the store they no longer do that and it will take about 3 weeks, more or less, to send it out and replace the piece that is broken. I work from my laptop and can't go 3 weeks without one which is why I took this coverage. Who knows if they even offered the loaner when I got it or was just told that by the person selling it. You know there is s$280 for zip! Have a broken piece that I could take elsewhere for much less than the $280 paid til now and have it fixed and get a loaner. Waste of money unless you can do without a computer or device for a few weeks... maybe more.

The salesman insisted that I buy this even before I looked at computers. I didn’t get a discount on Office 365. I had to purchase security software separately with no discount. This is MUCH more expensive than Geek Squad. Probably won’t renew.

Purchased this for coverage of new Microsoft surface. Installs and works fine.

Musicals are not my favorite genre. However, there are a bushel and a peck of musicals that cross genre preferences. SINGING IN THE RAIN, now e transferred to 4k, will delight even a genre- orthodox undead gore- loving body dismembering retro Goth. There may be three or four show-stoppers which is in itself astonishing. The 4k transfer is flawless. And those who never experienced 1950's Technicolor, an extra bonus: nothing will ever look quite like this again.
