The screen is not large enough and the computer despite having a lot of memory lags.

What a waste of my money. When I finally had an item in need of service (a laptop) that was covered under the Total "protection plan", I brought it in. It would no longer charge, leading me to believe it needed a new battery. After keeping it for a week, I was notified that my laptop was ready to be picked up. I assumed that meant that it had been repaired, however, in reality they kept it for a week to determine that it did, in fact, need a new battery, & that if I bought a replacement battery (from Amazon), they'd install it for "free*. What a joke.

Got a great price and it works great - Have had no problems.

Until today, I have been mostly happy with the service that comes with the protection plans. I tried to get service in my laptop, checked the app to make sure I had a protection plan still active and I do. However, at the store learned that because I no longer had the BestBuy membership, the coverage ended with that membership. Disappointed to discover that my 2-year protection plan is only valid if I keep paying the membership fees.

Only covers 1st year most warranties cover a year. Once the second year rolls around, you will not be able to get a refund. You will have to pay $53 which they take out of your refund for any item you take back.

They tell you that your item will be covered, however we had to use the manufacturers warranty first. I specifically asked our sales rep that question and he said that we wouldn't have to, because it was "Totaltech"

Still experiencing it. But with the option to bring an item back in 60 days is great. Also to repair any gadget is a nice option.

Time will tell its working. i guess i have to get use to the operating system. Its just seems i have to save more often. As for the person setting computer up at Best Buy knowledgeble.

DAMAGED EQUIPMENTS WITH DELAYED INSTALLS TOOK 3 MONTHS FOR INTALLATION ACTUALLY SHOWS UP ¶ DIDNT CARE ABOUT INTALLING DAMAGED EQUIPMENT THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE NEW, & NO RESOLUTION WITH PAYING FOR NEW MACHINES

It all is good to have a service plan. I just have to get used to calling on a regular basis to get my appliances reviewed or checked.

Too pricey for the amount of times you use it. How often do you have problems within 24 months.

Have not been thrilled with it. I class as average.

I have never spilled anything on my computers. No drinks allowed. The Geek Squad handels software and hardware problems.

Highly recommend for any of their services, definitely need for in situations that occur with any technical issues.

HP PAVILLION is Worst Laptop I've ever purchased. Previously had 3 SONY Laptops. This is Microsoft 11 Home. Appears No appropriate Download for MS 11 TO WORK PROPERLY. ONLY FOR 10. HP requires repeated, interminable MICROSOFT HOOPS to go through. Despite that I downloaded Chrome & wanted it as my DEFAULT BROWSER, Microsoft is ALWAYS IN FRONT OF HOME PAGE & ALL SEARCHES. Unable to get rid of Microsoft Unnecessary Hoops & Loops. Am unable to get any work done because of so many Microsoft requests & requirements. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY DATE TO RETURN WAS 15 DAYS, NOT 30 DAYS. HAD 2 GEEK SQUAD to help. 1st on phone admitted "Something's strange here." 2nd Geek Squad in Home Failed to Set Up so I could use: Download Turbo Tax, Quicken, etc. He kept Quickly doing stuff himself, but failed to SHOW ME HOW TO DO IT. I had to tell him to "Slow down & show me how to get past Microsoft!" He left before HP PAVILLION was operable for me, my tasks. No way to know how to remove or work around Microsoft nonsense! I hate this machine. I would have ret, but was surprised at only 15 day return period! I had not been on HP Laptop for 1 week due to Injury!
