I didn't know it was so expensive. But its nice to have

Battery barely holds two hours. Doesn't fully register mouse clicks. Basic computer and not worth full price. Needed a Windows OS for testing purposes and it does the trick for basic games, but do not expect to run anything more intense than an indie game.

I have had to use this service so much in 1 month i dropped it. i have had 2 laptops with the same issue i am at my wits end.

Total rip-off salesperson said he would charge me $45 for the membership. When I saw my receipt it was $180. I don't know why these people are allowed to lie to you and tell you one thing and do another. It's completely wrong

This is the third Lenovo laptop Ive purchased. ad a hard drive crash after 2 years and lost a bunch of data. @nyears and a hard drive crash is unacceptable. Got talked into buying a second Lenovo. After less than a week, computer wouldn't turn on and had smoke coming from power input port. Exchanged for another Lenovo, same model. It occasionally doesn't turn on and area where power input port is becomes vey hot.

Good for the right person. Coverage for accidents is worth the cost of the plan.

The protection is reassuring but I hope I don't have to use it.

The laptop is not suitable for windows users, for starters ChromeOS just sucks and is more locked down than IOS. Then in terms of upgrading your laptop? Nothing, not even a RAM upgrade is possible

It's nice to have, but I don't like that the plan keeps changing .

Every item that I have purchase has came with this. It comes in handy in case you damages or something goes wrong. I have used it once on one of my products and it was replace L’Dre hassle free

I like my laptop I wish it was touch screen but than that it great!!!

Not happy with the price of the item. I used to spend less than 100.00 a year. NOT ANY MORE

This product used to be better than it is today. My most recent experience was with a laptop I bought from Best Buy that needed repair. The manufacturer warranty had expired, and the cost to fix it with Best Buy was so high that it made more sense to buy a new laptop instead. I found myself at a disadvantage and disappointed with this plan.

Appreciate the quality of laptop. So far good response nice touch screen.

I am not sure if i like the new warranties from Best Buy.

Love this service. They are so helpful over the phone or in my home. Have yet to be disappointed in my three years with the TOTAL TECH plan.
