Good if you are needing to make multiple purchases

I highly suggest the Best Buy protection plan, it is a good price and I have found them easy to work with when they were needed in the past

I didn't realize when I purchased this it was only for a year. A bit pricey. Planning to keep it for this year. Hopefully we won't need it.

I was told I purchased a 2 year protection plan, come to find out a year and a half later when I brought my laptop in for repair, that it was only one year and I needed to call to renew the second year. No one told me this. Be careful with the protection plans. Make sure it’s explained to you.

this came free with my best buy total tech membership, the membership is a bit expensive, but worth it if you buy a lot at best buy

Loved the touch screen but worried it will crack easy as it feels cheap.

Purchased but never used. Never had an issue until I dropped it

Purchased incase I needed to work on asus computer while attending classes. never used. found out they do not work on laptops in store , they contract with a company that sends them out, takes 2 weeks for repairs.

So I bought this 2 in 1 laptop from HP on October 6, today I’m writing on Nov 14th and my screen is completely blank. When I first got it, it was working great I loved it. Now a month in and I can’t even use it because the screen won’t go on but before that the screen had a bunch of lines.

The laptop is fast, light and affordable. Setup was easy and quick. The new features make windows better!

I'm enjoying my protection plan. I'm able to get assistance when needed by simply making a phone call.

Total tech is a total joke. Used to be something useful. Then became something ok. Then became an expense waste if time and money.

I was just told by Geek Squad that Total Tech doesn’t cover the replacement of the charger cord for this device. I wasn’t informed of this at time of purchase 4 months ago. The laptop has already been shipped for repair. Sounds like garbage and they know it.

Its great to save the products from accidental damages. If this could have covered other products like iPhone bought from somewhere else could have a been a great value
