I usually skip extended warranties, but I’m really glad I got this product protection plan. The sign-up process was simple, and the coverage was clearly explained. When my device started having issues a few months in, filing a claim was quick and hassle-free. Customer service was responsive and professional, and I had a replacement in just a few days. What I appreciated most was the peace of mind — knowing that if anything went wrong, I wouldn’t be out the full cost of the product. Definitely worth it, especially for higher-ticket items. Highly recommend getting this coverage if you want that extra layer of protection and support.

Don't get a computer at Best Buy without this protection! I know it seems like a pricey addition, but if/when your computer breaks or is damaged, you don't have to pay ANYTHING. And if it needs to be replaced, you receive store credit for the full amount you originally paid (to put toward a replacement or whatever you want). When my last laptop bit the dust, I was literally able to get a new laptop with the credit and with the leftover credit after the laptop purchase, I was able to put it toward replacing my fridge that broke. GET THE PROTECTION and don't let it lapse without going and getting any issues that arise with your product fixed or the whole thing replaced. Best investment!

I like being able to take my laptop in when needed. Considering all the strange things that can happen to any PC, it is wise to get coverage rather than worry about costly repairs or deciding whether to buy or replace when trouble arises.

I’m glad I got the protection. However, every time I’ve tried to use it there’s been an issue. The most ridiculous is purchasing a microwave with a 24 month warranty and it fails at 29 months!

This will protect your purchase. Best buy has always backed the replacement up.

We have bought several items, computer, projector, keyboard and we love that they are fully protected. It is peace of mind, especially when you are purchasing high value items.

This came with our best buy membership. Greatful to have it!!! I can sometimes be skimpy in protection, so I'm glad best buy is covering this!

The Geek Squad has some awesome and amazing people who has a patient, experience, understanding and caring heart. They don’t talk above your head. They take their time in making sure that I was completely satisfied with the experience that I received from them. I thank God for honesty and integrity that they have shown me.

This Lenovo Yogi laptop has been terrific. The battery life is very good and the screen is vibrant. It was a nice upgrade from Windows 10 and the Best Buy sale was great. If I see another Best Buy sale for same or equivalent, I will purchase one or two more for my family members. Apparently Lenovo runs special manufacturing runs for Best Buy during the year.
