Being a Best Buy Total member is worth every penny. It has saved me hundreds of dollars over the cost of the plan!

Sad to say, my experience at the local Best Buy Store was horrible. Per the web site, the item I wanted (Dell Insperion 14” 2 in 1) was in stock so I ventured over to the store to purchase the laptop. We were placed in the “queue” for a salesperson who eventually showed up 30-40 minutes later. When I advised that I had a specific laptop in mind (which was supposedly in stock) she came back and advised there were none in stock. Understand stock levels can vary from actual to indicated BUT waiting JUST to speak with a salesperson for nearly 45 minutes was ridiculous - infuriating! I returned home and placed an online order. I don’t know if this is the NEW business model for Best Buy (make customers WAIT a ridiculous amount of time for service) but if it is, your brick and mortar stores are DOOMED.

This is a great program. I have peace of mind for two years concerning my purchased products. The opportunity for fixing and/or replacement is fantastic. If I get stuck with a "lemon", then I replace it with a "cherry"! I am confident that Best Buy will honor their agreement and this was a major factor in my decision to purchase at Best Buy.

Wondefull having help right at my desk. Every phone call was succesful.

Extra protection is a nice feature to have. Gives us peace of mind knowing any future problem will be fixed
