Apple Care is an excellent service. I can call and get good service any time. The last time I used it for service on my Apple they replaced my keyboard and battery at no charge.

I love this HP. Although I had to get another one because the original purchase had a simple malfunction the HP brand has always been a good brand for me. Would still highly recommend. And the customer service is like.....wow!
