This is not all it's cracked up to be. Listen to them as people come in and they will say... this stuff we sold you broke. We can send it in and it will be out for weeks and you will have to pay for shipping or we can just buy you a new one. They are not people of their word, generally. They will tell you what they plan to do, then not do it. And what they do often needs to be redone.

This is so worth the money. I had no idea of the other benefits associated with this. I got free delivery on my recent washer/dryer machine because I have this.

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must.

You can never go wrong with warranty coverage I never have a problem taking it in to have the laptop looked at the staff is always great
