    Had to use for my laptops hinges and screen , they allow me to buy an open box cp until mine was fixed and refunded me the entire amount ! Thank you

    The protection plan that is offered has been a great investment as we have had to use it on our lap Top. They replaced it with no issues.

    I was hesitant to buy the protection plan when I purchased my laptop but I’m so very happy and pleased with their service. I could not of done it without their help and support!

    The protection is broad, it covers all of our computers. I have used several times when any of the computers experienced problems or was running slowly. Geek Squad has always promptly solved any issues.
