This is so beneficial for me! My last computer was broken on accident and didn't have a warranty to fix it so Best Buy helped me with that!

Purchasing the Total Protection plan recommended by a Geek Squad employee was an outstanding decision. It has helped us take care of setting up a new computer as well as helped with servicing another laptop.

Thus was excelent. Everyone helping us use it was so helpful.

Perfect option for anything that can break. And Geek Squad and BestBuy does whatever best they can do to help and fix the issue. They are the BEST. Only thing that is 'the glitch', is 'the policy' of three repairs. Policy makers did not think that if something is not 'fixable' due to manufacturing design flaw, then there is no use frustrating the customer and harassing them with expectation from the 'customer' to repeat the repair process 'three' times before the actual design flaw and replacement can be considered. Not everybody is trying to cheat bestbuy or the 'system', if there are genuine customers suffering due to certain 'design flaws' in the product then they should NOT be forced through three repair policy.

It was a good experience to have the protection, I saved a lot of money not having to pay to install my appliances.

The staff recommended this. I am glad that I got it, just in case.

Total tech is totally worth the annual cost of you are like me and buy a lot of technology from Best Buy, Especially when buying apple products, where it includes apple care +.
