As some one who is accident prone this was a no brainer for me. I had two hinges break on my previous laptop. (It was a plastic case) and they fixed one and gave me a gift card for the full original price of the laptop when the second one broke. That in and of itself paid for the protection.

Geek Squad was fantastic with customer service. Provided very easy to understand information to someone who has little computer knowledge in preparing a new laptop. Explained everything they were going to do and then walked me through upon pick-up.

My old laptop served me well for 8 years (Acer Swift 3). I was in a rush to buy a new one, but I wanted to get one that would at least work better than my old one. I narrowed my search to top brands and ended up deciding for this particular product. I don't do multitasking with heavy softwares, just regular office work and some data analysis softwares for reasearch purposes. I was hesitant regarding Intel vs AMD, because I've always use laptops and desktops computers with Intel processors but I have to admit that I'm gladly surprised and satisfied. Would by this particular product again without a doubt. Perfect size, reliable for the time being. I definitely recommed it.
