This computer is fast, meeting my expectations. I use it for both school and work with multiple windows and software programs open at a time, and it doesn’t disappoint at all in terms of speed. I love the touchscreen, lit keyboard, and large screen size, which are features I cannot live without in a laptop. Not to mention, the screen pixels is great and projects a crisp image.

Associate only said win 11 installed. Made some explanations about basic installation of Internet chrome. Showed folders and that’s it. I guess associates were overloaded and didn’t have time to offer assistance at recovering files.

In my opinion is always worth it to have your more expensive devices covered under some type of warranty, and thankfully with my total tech membership everything that has the option for insurance automatically gets enrolled in it.

I have not used this quite yet, as my computer is brand new. However, I have another computer that I plan on getting some viruses out of so I think I will make good use of this service. I also just noticed how to set an appt for service, so it looks like it will be an easy thing. Looking forward to the future!

Never go wrong with getting a strong protection plan for our purchase at Best Buy. It has worked well in the past!

Protection has been great. Had to get a laptop fixed. Took extra time because the manufacturer didnt have parts for a 1 year old laptop. Geeksquad got a (better) third party motherboard and fixed it up.
