This was a great buy. Needed a second laptop and this one was perfect. Light weight, user friendly and great graphics.

Love this protection plan, includes many featurea such as installation of my audio equipment. Though sadly it will end in December:(

Feels great to know that your purchases are covered and qualifying prodcts are automatically added to your protection plan than to worry about whether or not you added protection at checkout.

Great laptop for a student. We use Dell at work and I have never had any issues. This one is light weight and he likes the touch screen option.

I was able to use this to fix another laptop that i have that i bought through them. They where able to fix it and get it back to me with all my stuff still on it.

I've luckily never had to use the protection plan, but it's good to have it for peace of mind

I haven't had any issues yet but I am grateful that if anything happens to my computer i have this amazing protection plan that will help me with any issues

Love this service. Having total tech puts me at ease if anything happens to any of my products bought here or not theyll take care of it. Great for big or little things especially if your not the most tech savy person.

It's good to have the protection just in case it's needed. The tech took time to look over my old computer as well as the new computer that was purchased. He gave suggestions for both computers and was very polite and patient. Having the protection in case it's needed is a good thing. Having the protection for you and your family is a better thing to have.

We have mobile phones, two televisions, 3 computers all covered by Total Service and the Geek Squad. Absolutely the best buy and service we have ever owned.
