I accidentally spilled tea on my laptop and it was easily taken care of even if it had to be replaced.

The laptop is good on paper. The specs are good and for the most part it does what it is suppose to. The software and drivers on the other hand are different issue. I have had the laptop randomly shut down due to some issue. Initially i thought it was due to over heating (listed as a common issue at lenovo trouble shooting discussion boards). However it turns out it is a driver issue that causes the random shut down. After update to drivers the shut down issue is better but the external monitor screen now glitches whenever videos are played and when I shut down one of the drivers always errors out.

Included in our Total Care and piece of mind with sending a kid off to college with a new machine. Staff helpful and friendly.

My daughter loves her new laptop! She loves the touchscreen part! Fun and portable!

I have had this plan along with the BB membership. I used the plan to have my data transferred from an older computer to new. There were discounts for several devices i purchased. I have never had to use an extended warranty but with the other uses, it wad worth the cost and reduced aggravation.

I had an issue with my laptop and they try to help me trouble shot . The issue couldn’t be resolved so they swap it for a new one.
