I’ve already used the geek squad a couple of times! It is super helpful to have them there and to have online support. It saves a lot of stress knowing I don’t need to worry about any potential incoming problems because my visits are free. The only downside is it can take a few days to get an in person appointment. They did set up an app on my desktop to link to online chat and remote support though so that’s super helpful.

I’ve had geek squad for years now and love their service. They fixed every problem I’ve had and when they say they call you back after they fix it they call you back and explain everything that was wrong or that they needed to you would recommend this to friends and family.

Hopefully i wint need to use it but it only made sence to have it.

I am a loyal Best By Total Rewards member flr aeveral years. Ots the one membership I never question rejoining yearly. For electronic purchases, they have your back!

I brought my laptop in to see why I could not get my camera to work. It took the service person 5-10 minutes and it was user error, so there was no charge and I now know how to use my camera with that laptop!! KUDOS to GEEK Squad at Gilbert Best Buy

Always confident in buying my electronics from bestbuy. The warranties are always great as well as the service. I refer all my family and friends when they're buying electronics. My daughter's last computer lastedher through her freshman year of high school all the way through 4 years of college.

Best Buy protection - it is great, not need for extended warranty. Have not had to us it with any product purchase but have used it for the computers and it is great.

Best buy always honors their protection plan wirh no arguments they look it uo check to see if you have it then bam replaced or you wait til it gets fixed either way they take care of you

I have not used it yet but I heard it is the best fpr all of your electronics needs

Geek squad was thorough, friendly and efficient. I am very happy with the subscription.

I had a issue and they fixed it immediately. I was up and running in no time flat.

Great coverage for products that I get all on my purchases.

Whats not to love about best buy protection? Its a great deal and service that not many other companies offer to the extent.
