We have been paying for the monthly Best Buy protection for well over a year and have nothing but excellent service. I have been able to resolve any issues online and not have to even go into the store. Highly recommend this service. I had to use my protection service plan twice so for. Making an appointment was check and easy. Both times I was able to get an appointment the same day I called for help at the Burleson Store. The Geek Squad workers are extremely knowledgeable and very patient!

Don't get a computer at Best Buy without this protection! I know it seems like a pricey addition, but if/when your computer breaks or is damaged, you don't have to pay ANYTHING. And if it needs to be replaced, you receive store credit for the full amount you originally paid (to put toward a replacement or whatever you want). When my last laptop bit the dust, I was literally able to get a new laptop with the credit and with the leftover credit after the laptop purchase, I was able to put it toward replacing my fridge that broke. GET THE PROTECTION and don't let it lapse without going and getting any issues that arise with your product fixed or the whole thing replaced. Best investment!

Just bought a $1,200 laptop. Anything more than $100 should always have insurance and best buy is pretty good about it - not that I've had to use it just yet.

I have had the protection plan for two years. The Geek squad has help me resolve problems on at least four times. They have been able to resolve issues that Comcast Xfinity store was unable to. Invaluable
