Great protection for all of your Best Buy Items!! Do go without it. It adds piece of mind knowing that if something breaks it will get fixed fast without having to pay extra.

Protection wasn't needed for our products at this point

We purchased a 24 month protection/help policy after purchasing a new laptop. We have used the policy twice in the first month! What a valuable and economic plan!! We brought the laptop into our Best Buy and both times the consultant was able to correct what was preventing us from using it. Both issues were software issues that the technician was able to correct within 15 minutes or so at no additional cost to us. We would have been struggling for days and not known what was wrong. Thank you Geek Squad!!!!

I have been paying for this protection for several years. It is very good while it is in effect. The only thing i dont like is that it doesnt protect the purchased items while the policy is contuously running. After 2 years of purchase date, the warranty no longer covers. Most items outlast the warranty. So the warranty basically only covers when the items are fairly new and unlikely to break down. They should be covered while the warranty is being paid and you own the product.

Extra warranty at no cost to me? Yes, please and thank you!

Good protection plan, but hit and miss personal support. I am not a computer geek, but have worked with computers for 26 years. I just need some updated help, not intimidation.

I really love my Best Buy protection plan. At first I thought, I’ll never use this, but boy was wrong. I think it was only a month later and I was using it. That was a couple of years ago now and I’m so thankful i have kept it.

I have been a total member of the protection plan for about 6 years. It is worth every penny. No matter what the issue, I can call geek squad and they help.

Best Buy protection has come through for me multiple times. My Oura Ring stopped tracking and they replaced it. Worth the money you spend on it.

usually don't purchase the protection plan but this was worth every penny. the Geek squad transferred all my info from my old computer to new one and showed me all the new features on the computer i bought. peace of mind and knowledge are worth it. and i can set up another appointment if i have more questions .

Included with membership program at moderate cost, so made it an easy decision, even though I almost never purchase warranty coverage.

I had such a great experience with Geek Squad—they made everything simple and stress-free. From answering my questions to setting things up quickly and explaining it all in a way I could understand, they really went above and beyond. It felt reassuring knowing I had knowledgeable, friendly help right there when I needed it, and now I feel confident everything is running the way it should.

I don't know what I would have done without the Best Buy Protection - the techs even had a hard time getting my phone and computer up and running the way I wanted it to. The hardest thing was getting in touch with the Geek Squad - I had to go into the store!

I've always liked and used hp products. The ease of use and there customer service when needed is excellent.

Highly recommend getting the protection in event your product breaks or malfunction.

A great peace of mind to have for purchases in the event customer support or repairs are needed.

Love that you can get coverage beyond the normal manufacturing company warranty. It gives you peace of mind

I used Best Buy protection in the past with my old computer. I had to get information transferred from my old broken computer to the new one. They were able to retrieve the information even when the old computer would not stay on. I was so happy to not lose all my important files.
