Best Buy Protection plan is amazing! I bought two Amazon Tablets for my kids, and one broke. We brought in the defective item, they checked to make sure it’s reset. They said they were gonna work on it, but it was damage so they exchange to another one.

I have not had to use this yet but love the reassurance and convenience of having it.
