    hubby spilled drink on his laptop, geek squad was there to try to save files that the could, had to buy new laptop and they helped him transfer ihis file

    I dropped off my laptop to be serviced. I explained that I had sensitive work information saved in files. I was assured not to worry it was in good hands. Several days later, I followed up to see the status of my laptop. The Geek Squad Agent was unable to locate my laptop. After several phone calls and going back to the store off Richmond, my laptop was located and sent off to be repaired. I received a notice that my laptop was ready. It was not. This was quite frustrating. Finally received my laptop and it is working fine.

    ALways good to get protection in a world full of oopsies! Life happens and thats why protection is good to have. We don't like to buy "insurance" but it certainly helps when you need it most.
