When purchasing a protection plan it helps immensely by not having to worry about problems you might have

I purchased Best Buy Protection for my laptop. I was told by the sales agent that it would include the ability to get my laptop fixed within 24 hours and if it couldn't be fixed it would be replaced. Well, sure enough my laptop had issues. I took it in to be fixed and it didn't get fixed. I've taken it in 4 times without a fix. Each time, they had my laptop for 48 hours. This last time they sent it in for servicing and told me 2-3 weeks. It's been 4.5 weeks and I still haven't gotten it back. One employee even told me I could do a return exchange and when I went to do it another employee told me that wasn't possible. I highly do not recommend buying from here, especially this protection since it doesn't actually protect what they tell you.
