Workers are incredibly friendly, I would say that the service is pretty slow but that would make sense. They have to work on multiple devices while having to attend ti multiple people a day. Service is great nonetheless.

This is so worth it! I just had a major incident with my system it was with Geek Squad for 5 plus days, JACOB-Roseville, CA (needs all the recognition for his service and dedication) set me up with something else and then got my system back up. I needed bigger and better so I made the leap and he still got me what I needed to work while he worked on my system, he was focused on my issues and took care of things on the weekend. The cost was over double what I pay for this protection and I paid nothing. I can't say enough about this plan it is worth the couple hundred dollars a year for someone who is ignorant about technology and someone who is not, either way your level of technology, this is so WORTH IT!!

For those of us who are not technical wizards, I do not know how anyone can get by without this service when setting up a new / replacement PC.
