In my opinion is always worth it to have your more expensive devices covered under some type of warranty, and thankfully with my total tech membership everything that has the option for insurance automatically gets enrolled in it.

The Best Buy Yearly Protection Plan is a good price. The thing that is sometimes a problem, is that it's a long wait time to get your laptop device repaired (3-7 days).

I haven't even had my new computer for two weeks and I needed to come to Geek Squad for help. Guest what? I didn;t pay a penny for the help I received....because I already had the Best Buy Protection! Yay! I'm so glad that clerk upsold me!

This is a great program. I have peace of mind for two years concerning my purchased products. The opportunity for fixing and/or replacement is fantastic. If I get stuck with a "lemon", then I replace it with a "cherry"! I am confident that Best Buy will honor their agreement and this was a major factor in my decision to purchase at Best Buy.

so worth it, my previous computer got damaged took it in to get looked at, it wasnt repairable for the parts so they gave me the same computer but this years model!!!
