    Love the Geek Squad. They are always friendly and patient. I am always anxious when dealing with them because my laptop is not working/working properly. They put me at ease and resolve the issue promptly.

    Within a month I had an issue with my new laptop. I took it in to the Geek Squad & with a few minutes had determined by problem & embarrassing enough, it was operator error but they were very courteous

    Great product!! Works for everything, it sounds a bit when it’s using the power but other than that you’ll be able to game high quality games for the next 5 years at least

    The computer we bought.Is very fast and seems to be a very good quality. I really like buying from best buy because they carried the best. Maybe that's whether called best buy. Ha! And their staff is awesome. Sean has a great sense of humor definitely knows computers. Thanks Sean

    When I purchased my computer the guys at Geek Squad was amazing. They took the time to transfer my data from my other computer to my new computer. Then they showed me how to use it!! Amazing staff.

    wow, great service, I have only used them 3 times and each time they have quickly resolved my issue. Service with a pleasant voice, no matter how stupid the question.
