great. it went very well at the bestbuy store, had fun

The jury is still out on this one. I bought a refurbished Dell and a Bamboo stylus to go with it. I was unable to get the stylus to work despite following all the instructions in the manual. I sought assistance from Best Buy's geeks. The young lady who attempted to assist me on site was unable to pair/and or get the stylus to work and ended up disabling the touch-screen function. I left the device with the geeks to restore the touch-screen function and pair the stylus. I was notified that my device was ready for pick up. When I went to the store to pick it up, I found that the battery had been removed from the stylus and a smart- alecky notation that there was nothing wrong with my devices and maybe I should insert a battery in the stylus before trying to use it! I made a fuss before the geeks would insert a battery in my stylus and confirm that it still did not work, and that they had done nothing at all to to reair my devices. After than hour-and-a-half of trying to ascertain the problem, technician who was helping me asked that I leave my machine with them as he could not resolve the problem. It is my opinion that "Tiny" who ostensibly worked on my device and left the sarcastic note about the battery is not up to the task, either technically or in terms of customer service.

Overall the computer works great I bought it as a cheaper system with a high-end graphics card to deal with some of my graphics work. The only reason I gave it three stars is because window 11 is the worst! You have a zero flexibility in being able to deal with Bing and Microsoft edge. I'm actually downgrading the whole system to Windows 10 just to get away from Windows 11. Microsoft is literally forcing it's browser and search engine down your throat.

Mistakes happen! Get it and protect all of your devices!
