I think the demand for the Geek Squad is much higher than the personnel to handle it. While I was being helped, the Tech was interruped 10 times by people without an appointment. They need more people!! I am still trying to figure the software out and will probably have to go in for a 3rd time. I can receive emails but my emails aren't going out.

I love how convenient the Best Buy membership is for protection of the products on the site. It’s super helpful and convenient in case of a hiccup with the items

As some one who is accident prone this was a no brainer for me. I had two hinges break on my previous laptop. (It was a plastic case) and they fixed one and gave me a gift card for the full original price of the laptop when the second one broke. That in and of itself paid for the protection.

A great choice for a light powerful laptop - my main use is for office productivity. I've yet to find any incompatibilities with the ARM version of Windows. Both the screen resolution as well as brightness are fantastic, especially in consideration with battery life. I've yet to find a computer that has a battery life consistently this great with either screen resolution or screen brightness, let alone having found a great battery life with both. It turns out, this product has it. This device has all I need for day-to-day work including using the whole Microsoft suite as well as plenty of other software/applications - I work in healthcare IT development.

Good protection for a decent price, covers everything you buy. Already used it for a price match from last month. Already paying for itself!!
