Associate only said win 11 installed. Made some explanations about basic installation of Internet chrome. Showed folders and that’s it. I guess associates were overloaded and didn’t have time to offer assistance at recovering files.

I’m glad I got the protection. However, every time I’ve tried to use it there’s been an issue. The most ridiculous is purchasing a microwave with a 24 month warranty and it fails at 29 months!
