Geek Squad was fantastic with customer service. Provided very easy to understand information to someone who has little computer knowledge in preparing a new laptop. Explained everything they were going to do and then walked me through upon pick-up.

Geek Squad is such a big help each and every time I need their help they are there for me. I'm not too computer savvy but it's nice when they can break it down so I can understand what they are doing with my computer and tablet.

I’ve already used the geek squad a couple of times! It is super helpful to have them there and to have online support. It saves a lot of stress knowing I don’t need to worry about any potential incoming problems because my visits are free. The only downside is it can take a few days to get an in person appointment. They did set up an app on my desktop to link to online chat and remote support though so that’s super helpful.

Without this protection I would have been out of a lot of money. Because of this protection and the store manager by laptop would have been like throwing money out

I’m grateful he was assigned to my appointment. This world needs more people like him.
