Complete garbage they are not fixing my fridge had to buy a new one from another company that would service. Fridge went bad on day one and best buy wont do anything. Im contacting my local media

Wasnt explained well, funny how you have to keep ut for two years and 1 year in they charge you again.

almost everything I have ever bought from bestbuy tends to have problems after two years, so it is just a waste of money, same reason I am getting rid of my total tech, more than half the time even if it is within the 24 month period they will not fix or replace, not worth it.

if something happens, they can change the product for a new one, its really good

Purchase plan to have data transferred to new laptop.Salse stated no problem under the impression that it would be taken care in a few minutes.got to the geeks and eas told it be a few days a waist of money

Came in absolutely handy as I recently purchased a laptop that had a malfunctioning graphics card. This allowed me to return and replace my laptop with ease rather than wait 2+ weeks for repair.

Good but very high price and deductibles. at the end it is almost same price

New for me so still need to see if it benefits over the long haul.

I haven't had to use this service yet but it seemed like really good value especially for 2 years. If anything ever happens to my product I will definitely bring it in to get it serviced.

4 months after I bought my laptop my letter keys started sticking. The tech couldn’t find anything wrong with it (damage) so they sent it to the manufacturer, to get fixed. Although the techs have been really helpful, I still havent received my laptop back and its been over a month. I called a few weeks ago and the tech said the parts were delivered on the 3rd. I still haven’t received any updates.

We were told we didn't need extra protection because we are Best Buy members.So I hope they did not charge us for this now.Are we looking into my receipts
