I am sooo HAPPY that I finally purchased this Tech Protection Plan for my business ! IF you have a business with more than 2-3 Desktops and 3-4 Laptops...you MUST purchase this plan !

Its not worth it i didnt have good experience with best buy protection it mot worth it if you cant use it till first 1 until manufacture warranty doesnt expire

Online Geek Squad (2nd tier tech person who didn't speak English) messed up my 6-yr-old HP laptop (that I bought at Best Buy) so that I it was unusable. Geek Squad at store kept HP a week, wiped it, reloaded programs and files. My laptop crashed as soon as I opened it at home. I paid an Outside Tech to learn that Geek Squad loaded Windows 11 onto computer that did not meet the specs for Windows 11. (Geek Squad had the purchase record.) Geek Squad also forgot to reload Webroot, even though I bought a Webroot subscription from them. I had to pay the Outside Tech to reload Windows 10 and all files again, as well as an anti-virus program. The mistakes that Geek Squad made are inexcusable in a "professional" contract tech service.

This does have its benefits. The Greek squad offers great service and information. However, repairs are often sent out resulting in long downtimes and still a service charge is tracked on. This isn't useful in everyday life.

One of the best investments I have every made. Used the service several times since I purchased. Would recommend to anyone who always needs just a little help like I do.

Can't really evaluate because I didn't need it. So...

Medford Oregon: Terrible service at the Geek Squad. Left my old and new laptop for them to transfer files. Picked up in 5 days. Got home. No files had been transferred. Then used the online support. They spent 2 hours transferring files. I go to my One Drive, and MANY documents are missing from my files. Terrible service!!

I guess it's okay. I haven't used it and hope I won't have the need.

havent needed it so far so not sure how to rate it

The protection plan was automatically added when we bought laptops and didn't know it so it wasn't explained to us how it worked. I cancelled it later after I found the charge. I have since then learned the benefits of having it.

Was not advised correctly of coverage by Best Buy rep.

Won't know if it is any good until I have to use it.

I have not used it yet, but I may soon because the screen flashes occasionally.

It is good to clean unwanted items on computers...

Great coverage over all and need to get with any electronic you plan on buying.

Purchased this before scheduling the service I needed. They quoted me a week to transfer my data, to a new computer at that! They must be swamped with work but the expectation should be set before purchase

Never got a chance to use it. Product never showed up so never had a chance to use this

Slow, sometime just stop working. Design is good but running is not expected.

Best Buy protection is always a great choice. I wanted to make sure that I have the security of knowing that if something happens, it gets resolved.
