They used to be great but not now. The customer service is lacking and they really do not care. Handed me my new computer and said log on that was it. Tried asking questions and got short one or two word answers. Told me I do not need virus protection did not explain. Now pop ups are everywhere.

I purchased this 'total care' protection because I was under the impression that it would provide a better level of service and support for my electronics. I went to use the service and found out that it doesn't actually cover anything until the manufacturers warranty has expired. Not only that, but just calling into "premium support" gets you an overseas customer no service rep that can barely speak english. I WILL NOT WASTE MY MONEY WITH BESTBUY AGAIN!

Total Tech the only way !!! Installation,data transfer wall mounting computer trouble.. its definitely worth the price.

Terrible plan. I've been paying for it for years and the customer service is awful. Same complaint about geek squad. With the exception of a few, these reps are not knowledge and some even have a very low level of intelligence, below average, not qualified. I can't believe this is what best buy has come to. Really gross.

I like that whatever I buy is covered. So have the washer and dry and computers all being covered for $200 for 2 years

I still haven't received my laptop. Where is it? No phone call no explanation and past time for delivery still pending.

I really like the protection plan! Gives you extra protection and free warranty plans on most items you buy!

So far all is going well. We treat our purchases very nice and with kid gloves hoping not to need to us the protection plan but we did need to on the 1st printer & it was replaced 100% when problem could not be fixed.

I've been buying Suface laptop since the 1st generation. Compared to the 4th generation, this 5th generation is using the 12th gen processor, faster LPDDR5x memory, faster Bluetooh 5.1, and finally a Thunderbolt 4 port. Everything else is virtually the same. The screen is still the same. I'm a very disappointed that Microsoft still hasn't rolled out a thinner bezel screen. The webcam is still only 720p. The build quality is still excellent and offers that premium feel and look. If you catch it on sales, typically $300 off, then it's a decent price. However, at the original price of $1,300, it's way overpriced.
