Tried to use to get laptop repaired and was told I needed to make an appointment. was told they do not do repairs inhouse, they are contracted out, takes about 2 weeks. At time of purchase was told just bring it in and we will take care of it

Very hard to get appointment, after 1 hour waiting in store I was told I had to go to Apple Store.

Not much to say worth getting. So far so good. Not sure what i should add this is the warranty plan.

Disappointed in this the title clearly says it’s was a Best Buy protection plan for 24 month as a promo for the first 2 years and then it was a renewal every 12 month yet after the first 12 month of purchasing this I was charged for another yearly subscription and not honoring the subscription which I ended up cancelling and losing supposedly another 12 month of protection

This service really helps when you have sudden computer issues that you can't solve yourself.

Nice and inexpensive laptop. It works for permitting and in working with government programs

Due to the investment of a Dell computer this was well worth the price for a piece of mine.

I had a minor issue with a laptop. So I took it into the store. The "Geek Squad" lady had a snotty attitude because I didn't make an appointment online using the non-working laptop. She then decided that I had abused the laptop without even looking and told me I would have to pay to get it fixed.

This is a very difficult coverage plan to keep up with and understand. There are so many rules within the rules. And if going to be 2 years shouldn't be issue to pay 2 years

When i bought protection for my laptop a wekk later they charged my carf $200 for a beat buy membership so we went in person to cancel it. Without my knowledge they canceled the 24 month protection as well. Did they go together? Or did they play me?
