Great warranty for the price it’s included with my Best Buy total tech membership

Sounds like a great deal. best Buy should be able to perform on their commitment.

This warranty is a joke. Had problems with the laptop I purchased that had at least 6 more months of warranty. The computer is no longer available for purchase, and as a result, charged $82 to ship for repairs (repair not guaranteed), that will take 5 to 6 weeks!

Why buy a year warranty when the manufacturer already has a year warranty

Changes frequently. Can't find what my benefits really are. Overcharged me for 2nd year. Doesn't cover all items purchased. Not highly recommended.

Must have for any appliance purchases and electronics Highly recommended!

This purchase the worst ever. Shipped to CA rather than CT! 40 emails, 5 store visits and 10 difficult phone calls and still unresolved into third week!

Not useful for laptop repairs when needed to be sent out. Was good for screen protector replacement for a phone.

This is not worth the money. If you purchase this then your stuck paying for another year or monthly amount to extend service plan which is more thank original cost. This diesnt give you any advantages l. My computer has been in repair for over 3 weeks with NO information os status.

Simply way too slow and the customer service folks working the counter were extremely rude and arrogant.

Do not buy this product unless you need Microsoft. I’ve had it since October 2022. I’ve used the Geek Squad 4 times - to get it to turn on, get the sound to work, help me log in, and then I wrote a Masters Degree level paper, clicked save as I went along and it was gone. Remote help from 12am-3am, but couldn’t retrieve. Cleaned up the messy computer. Rewrote it - no sleep off to work! It’s the worst laptop I’ve ever owned but I need Microsoft for work and school. Costly too!

Great thing to have protection for my purchases for everything

First month in use this product kept shutting down on me. Tried to get it fixed and was told nothing is wrong with it.
