    Love Best Buy but terrible customer service and failure to follow up forced me to cancel my subscription. I called and gave BB 2 chances to fix an issue, both times I was advised someone would be following up with me. This never happened and to this day the issue is not resolved. Poor customer service.

    I bought the protection but I have nothing to protect because they canceled my laptop order and then give me any options the customer service sucks

    Purchased a defective HP Envy (cooling fan. Wouldn’t work. Got a replacement-No DNS Server. Could never connect to the Internet. Took it back. Geek Squad said they couldn’t fix it-without even looking at it. Offered another replacement- I chose a refund. Now, I can’t get the money back on my Total care package-although I don’t have any eligible Best Buy products.

    This is a waste of time and money. I waited weeks for the first tech to come out just so he can look at the tv. Weeks later the second tech shows up telling me how bad customer service is and he cant do anything to fix the tv because it just went out of factory warranty. So ive had 5 weeks of my time wasted. I didn't get anything for the money that i paid for this protection. I will make sure anyone i know never waste their time with this junk!

    Not as smooth as before. Felt like geek squad didnt even try to fix it. They opted to give me my money back to purchase something else.

    TV was supposed to be covered by protection plan. It wasn't and foreign speaking Geek squad wouldn't help. Don't buy into it.

    The worst laptop. I had several issue from day one. The keyboard didnt work within few week of my purchase. I took it to Best Buy they repaired but they never offered to replace it. A week later I lost the internet capability and had to take it for repair again. This time they had to send it to HP to have it repair. Still having heating problems and very slow.

    Been a total tech member for many years 5+ this past year they changed how the program works as well as increase the price and give you half of what you were getting before one of the main reasons I use and paid for total tech, which is the only reason I go to Best Buy because of them

    The wording of this program is deceptive. It leads you to believe you're getting 24 months of protection when you're only getting 12 months at a time. And they don't send you an email to notify you when your first year is expiring. You only have a 30 min grace period to renew or your devices won't be covered. $200 wasted.
