This is a must have when purchasing and electronic products, have used it a couple times

I have had to take this machine back to Geek Squad twice to fix blue screen errors and I even haven't had this machine a year. It was the worst possible purchase I could have ever made and I will no longer purchase computers with Best Buy. They have done nothing to fix this issue for me.

I didn’t really have use of this and I have multiple children.

Let's hope we don't need it as reviews indicate that help is not always available

Complete waste of time and money. Takes 4 weeks for a repair to take place, then they dont bring the parts to fix it. Total Tech is created for you to forget while Best Buy charges your card monthly.... Ryan from Geek Squad will tell you, give him a call 208-724-4491

PIECE OF TRASH. I hate this thing. THE WORST. Just the worst machine ever. And the protection plan? WORTHLESS. I am so unhappy, BestBuy has gone absolutely down the tubes AND then the TotalTech thing? They change it without telling you and won't do ANYTHING.

I took out a warranty expired during the hurricane, we’ve lost use of this computer, and apparently the warranty ran out during the hurricane.

Had the laptop for 3 months and have already brought it into bestbuy twice for repair. First time they said it was fixed and needed a new motherboard so they replaced it. When i got it home, same issue powers on but no screen and using a different monitor doesnt work.

Did not help me fix a laptop. Did not help me fix a dishwasher

You pay more than the traditional plan, and have to pay a deductible on top of it.

Not worth it for appliances. They take a week to get out have to order parts. New parts dont work, Then they want to send a new tech. 3 Weeks still have broken refrigerator. I just purchased a new unit.

Why are you asking any random person to answer specific questions about your service?? Is the general public in possession of the ‘fine print’ of your policies and procedures? And authorized to answer questions on your behalf?? Crazy, just outright crazy!

Great warranty offer and that give me peace of mind.

I dont use it. it was an addon product to a primary purchase.

Knowing that I can get help 24/7 is important to me.
