They are lowering what is done with these plans as you are having to pay deductible and shipping for cracked screens. No thank you. I will be looking to Circuit City after this.

ripoff and bait & switch inferior product sold by promising everything and providing nothing

I have nothing good to say about this protection .You pay $179 for a 2 year protection but if you do not Renew it will cancel and the electronic device comes with a one year warranty!!

Not sure if it’s worth the buy just yet I guess we’ll see

The warranty is not recommendable if you are paying for the repair. It should be no stars.

Wasted my money as never needed protection. Product worked fine with no issues.

Horrible store. I was told that its not their job to get the correct products for my purchases and sucks to be me and eat the cost and get out of his store Marshall the poor excuse of a manager

This computer failed after 1 year and 2 weeks. The 24 month Geek warranty was in effect. No one ever told us there was a deductible of $80 on the ‘warranty’.

Too cheap to sell at that price for value. Mousepad is unreliable and plastic shell is so cheap flexes w temps. Returning not in box. If you sell cheap you get it back same way.

MY $200 PROTECTION HAS ADDED COSTS. MY NEIGHBOR JUST PURCHASED HER PLAN BUT HAD NO ADDED COSTS TO COME TO HER HOME AND WORK ON ITEMS NOT PURCHASED AT BEST BUY! VERY UNFAIR!!!

Super disappointed. Can't get my cracked screen replaced "for a couple weeks because our Samsung computer is down" and it is scratching my fingers every time I have to open it. I've not heard of something so ridiculous!

Only good for 30 days. Bought a drone and it doesn't transmit video to phone. No longer returnable

Product protection plan is fake. When i got a priblem with my daughter's Chromebook i was told my membership was cancelled and ny warranty is useless even if it is active.

Had to purchase TotalTech for $199 annual fee to get the 24 month warranty is my understanding. Read the fine print. It is hard to rate a warranty until you know if you need it.

I got charge twice for the same thing. Too many charges for nothing.

best buy had the wrong pedastals delivered with washer/dryer and i had to talk to 8 reps to order right ones and get a refund fer wrong ones and washer leaks and filled floor up with water

Nothing but trouble and aggravation. Wasted the cost of service. Idea was to have you set up lap top. Never happened despite making appointments. (Told you had no staff.)
