I did not know that I even bought this protection plan in January. Not sure how this came about.

They told me we fixed your computer for free but we found out there is fee.

Apparently this is garbage and doesn't do anything.

Didn't fix anything just told me to return. .

Poor keyboard and specs lie! You will not like this computer.

I've been a Total Tech member for almost 5 years now and I've never regretted paying the yearly price for the benefits. It covers all of the electronics in your home even if they weren't bought at Best Buy. For Best Buy products, if they can't fix it, they'll replace it with an equal product.

Total Tech is TOTALLY MISLEADING!!! I brought in my Samsung Laptop less than 1 year old and the Geek Squad and insisted on charging me $89 to send it in to get fixed for the "deductible". Garbage!

I never thought about protection plans, Old school, when it breaks- just replace. Today, I am comfortable and at peace with the Best Buy protection plan that covers all my electronics -

I called for an appointment and needed more than the time allowed. The person I worked with didn't have any other appointments so he was able to stay working on my problem which helped tremendously. He could easily have said my time was up and to make another appointment to finish but he didn't do that. Even though the problem was a bit more complicated, he found a specialist who knew the answer and it was fixed before I left the store!

The atmosphere at this Best Buy was amazing! The store felt clean, organized, and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Everyone seemed upbeat and ready to help, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I left feeling so happy with my visit—great vibes all around!

Best Buy protection is fantastic. One must consider the protection coverage when purchasing new products....that is unless you have TOTAL coverage. I would suggest TOTAL protection. It is worth the investment.

At the moment, we have had no issues. We sure do appreciate the peace of mind for in case we do.

I have purchased different plans for my business and would recommend doing the same.

Its nice knowing that our electronics have a backup just in case
