I love this laptop for its backlit keyboard, easy to read keys, it is fast in starting up. It came with copilot. It has a lot of ram memory and 1Tb of storage. It was easy to convert my files. I never lost any information or contacts during my conversion. It is a fantastic lightweight laptop as easy to use as a more expensive tablets with keyboards

Best buy always honors their protection plan wirh no arguments they look it uo check to see if you have it then bam replaced or you wait til it gets fixed either way they take care of you

I have only recieved their customer service when it comes to answering question amd they are very intelligent and always willing to help. Dont want to have an issue with my computer but i have faith theyll be able to take care of it.

I like this laptop a lot. It is very heavybut sturdy which is good because my toddler wants this to be his and i have found him lugging it around the house a few times but it hasnt broken. It is fast and the touch screen works well. Sometimes it can be a little jumpy but overall it is good. I like that it has a full size keyboard.
