Love the GeekSquad plan at BestBuy!! Have used them for years and they always come thru!! Im not the most computer savvy and they don't mind "dumb" questions and always have the answers i need!!

I had a problem getting administrator rights on my computer. The Geek Squad walked me through it in a short period of time. They are very knowledgable about solving computer usage. Thank you Geek Squad.

I guess that is good have a protection in case that you have that kind of accident, usually i eat while I'm using the computer and sometimes I don't pay attention and usually I drop stuffs like water so i guess it's really good have a good protection for your goods

Within a month I had an issue with my new laptop. I took it in to the Geek Squad & with a few minutes had determined by problem & embarrassing enough, it was operator error but they were very courteous
