When I purchased my computer the guys at Geek Squad was amazing. They took the time to transfer my data from my other computer to my new computer. Then they showed me how to use it!! Amazing staff.

I’ve had to use it a couple times and it’s definitely worth the money. Had to return one laptop because it sucked! My daughter cracked the monitor on her HP laptop just before finals week. Quoted 4-6 weeks. Had it back in 7 days! I’m definitely going to renew my membership!

I purchased the 2022 Dell XPS 13 Plus, Lenovo Slim 7 Pro and the HP x360 Spectre. The technical specs were the same and I saw no difference in day-to-day performance. I did like the lighter form factor of the other two laptops, but the HP won me over with the easy-to-read backlit keyboard and the incredible 3.5k LED display. The HP 2 in 1 design with pen included was a bonus but not a differentiator for me. Specs being equal, a laptop is all about personal preferences, ergonomics and how the users eye perceives display definition, brightness and quality. The HP checked the important boxes for me because of the aforementioned items and weirdly enough the toning done of the previous loud brass accents. on pre 2022 HP models. I returned the Dell and Lenovo and kept the HP and I very happy with by choice. I'd recommend looking at the Best Buy "Open Box Excellent" product for the best value.

Once again, this membership has saved my purchases right after I buy them. I need to return them or exchange them past the whatever deadline or when the warranty expires or when they malfunction or need to be serviced… well worth the money well worth the peace of mind, knowing that the products we buy nowadays are not what they used to be and having a back up plan to not have to buy something every year because it breaks is amazing to me.
