I had my data transferred from my old computer. Everything worked great on my new computer.

The Geek Squad do a fine job. Even if you don't have an appointment they will try to work you in if possible or schedule you for the next day. The total protection plan helps with free repairs.

Gave them my laptop to setup and said that it would be ready the next day. Got a text a couple of hours later, that it was ready. We went and picked it up and are pleased with their work.
