    Allen Clark was very helpful. Got all info off old computer and transferred to my yoga. Explained features on the new computer and new windows 11.

    Great experience at Best Buy. The staff gave me helpful advice to choose the perfect laptop for my needs. They also assisted me with the credit card application, making the whole process smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly and professional. I highly recommend shopping here!

    Computers are so fragile that it just makes sense to opt-in and buy Total Protection. Somehow we cracked the bottom-right corner of the touchscreen on our brand new HP Envy 17. We turned it over to Besy Buy's Geek Squad for repair. They were outstanding; they recommended we back-up our data, sold us a memory stick, and backed-up the drive, using out bit-locked code. It took longer then 30 days for the parts to arrive, so, they refunded the purchase price so we could replace the broken laptop. We are extremely satisfied and recommend Best Byu's "Total Protection Plan" as wonderfully affordable and reliable insurance against damage to a very expensice electronic device.

    This laptop is amazing. The large screen is amazing and easy on the eyes. I also love having the 10 key on the keyboard

    Its nice to have a phone number and real person to discuss issues with my electronics. I called a couple weeks ago and rhey cleaned up my computer and resolved the issue I had. I will nore than likely renew.
