It always seems to happen, you buy a product and it works fine, until the original warranty expires, then it has issues, which are no longer covered. With this, i don't worry because it is all covered past the original warranty period. Plus all the extra perks you get with it, or is worth it.

Help with my HP Laptop Computer by Geek Squad-FREE

In my case, I had a problem with my laptop I'd purchased from Best Buy. Customer Service (Geek Squad) was able to help me (free of charge because I had this incredible Best Buy Total). Turns out it was me that wasn't doing something right, but I was glad they were willing and able to help me with it. I will renew this Best Buy Total (protection) every year for as long as I may need to.
