Can't beat the month 2 year protection plan thank God for that although I didn't have to use it they caught a problem with my laptop before the manufacturer warranty was up so it won't cost me for shipping it out,..it'll be fixed or I'll get a new one & my renewal is up for the protection plan comes right off my card thank God for that keeping this guy happy

I swapped my HP laptop for a Lenovo Yoga and love it. The staff at the store was great and I exchanged computers by paying the difference in price. Quick, easy and efficient. I love the Yoga.

Planned to order a new computer online and pick it up. Had a few mintues to shop in the store. Talked to the Dell rep and he gave me good advise on different computers. Ended up buying a Dell and getting an open box special. Best Buy staff who got the compute and did the check out was very personable. Great experience. As a note have multiple businesses and buy a lot of computers from Best Buy and most of experience has been online. Changed my attitude about going into the store.
