We are very pleased with our new laptop computer. We were in the store looking for a good buy. Our sales person introduced us to the site that would let us know when this computer would go on sale. Such a help. We ended up buying 2 computers and a printer. Thank you Best Buy. YOU were the BEST BUY!!

The Best Buy Protection plan is good to have and the best part is it is free if you are a Total Tech member. So far I have not needed to use it but being prepared when it comes to electronics is important.

The geek squad helped me tremendously. Explained exactly what they were going to do and completed the task in a timely manner.

This protection plan is awesome and well worth it. I had my new laptop for just over a month and my granddaughter spilled juice on the keyboard. I was unaware of that for a couple days because I was on a trip. I was devastated when I opened my laptop and found out. I took it in and they got it sent out to get checked and it was deemed unrepairable. I was devastated until they said it was covered under the warranty. All i had to do was pick up a voucher, and pick out a brand new laptop. I upgraded so i did have a small fee, but that was better than purchasing a new laptop!

I love these guys. Wish there were more of them so that the wait is not so long. I am retired, so I have the time. Others usually do not.

So far so good. Needed to use the plan more than twice, since purchasing plan and computer less than 30 days ago. Don't think I've broken even on the cost yet , but ... Who knows what's in store down the road with computer issues. Still seems on the expensive side to me, could be less expensive and I'd be happier. Fingers crossed .. none!

Happy I bought it, as it includes Geek Squad help, and Owyn was sooooo patient in helping me set up my new cell phone (also purchased at this BB location.) It has already paid for itself.
