Good PC for the price. Performance is good, the size is perfect. The picture quality is great . The only disappointment has been with the battery life, perhaps my expectations were too high.

I am happy to have this plan but I did not like that I had to pay 80 dollars for shipping other than that it has its benefit because I had the laptop for year and it fell and was replaced I did not like the fact that I could not get a computer with the same specs for the same price

I purchased the Best Buy Total Protection plan last year when I bought a new laptop.since then, as a subscriber, I got free delivery and installation on a new dishwasher, plus the 2 year extended warranty on my new appliance. Everything I purchased since then has been covered. Earlier this year, a pair of earbuds I purchased went bad well after the standard return period. Geek squad provided a credit for the full amount, no questions asked so I could put Hase a new set. It's a big spend up front, but knowing that I'm covered for everything after gives me piece of mind.
