I've had this Totaltech monthly protection for about 18 months and have found it to be handy. You get free install for devices and if something goes wrong with a product in your household, they will replace it for up to a year. The only dilemma I encountered was when I went to return something that I purchased over thirty days ago, the clerk gave me a hassle stating the return window had expired. Ultimately I asked for a manager and received a full reward. It's important to point out that you have the TotalTech plan - just in case the clerk who assists you in the return is new.

What can I say about Geek Squad that is not already known they are a much worthy service and worth every penny for what is covered it is a no hassle type of coverage for whatever it is your purchase.. I would not walk out of the store without adding this to any of my products. Every year I religeously renew my total tech support agreement and take full advantage of the many benefits Best Buy offers. I'm at 7 years straight and counting ;-)

I have not had to use this yet!. Fingers crossed. Purchased for my daughter laptop so if theres any issues while shes away at college it would be covered.

I have not had any "accidents" such as spilling liquids on my keyboard, but I have had occasions where I took my laptop in to have it checked out and insure that there wasn't any type of malware on my computer. It was nice knowing that I had that extra care for my devices. It is also nice to know that protection is also there for accidents.

I love my new laptop. It has great quality. Easy to use. The screen has great color, plus it's a touch screen. I mainly use it to browse the net, but it can be used for so much more.
