I always feel better knowing I have the protection in case something goes wrong. My only complaint is I wonder why I purchased a fairly expensive MacBook and did not get at least a few months of Apple TV for free :-(. Dang it! But this add on is also helpful so I'm happy for having it.

Love this laptop! Everything about it is great! The resolution, the Lock Screen thumb print, the fact that the screen can be folded and swivels! The best purchase I have made in awhile. Completely satisfied and I think I have the best laptop!

This protection contract is well worth the cost when you have a problem. Mine was a lightning strike, which fried my laptop. This contract covered the data transfer to a new computer.

We bought this laptop for my son for Christmas. It was his first game and laptop. He loves it. He’s so happy it’s been durable with flu to the Philippines use it there got thrown around when it was in the backpack came home after spending a month there no issues still works fine after all the time of being up and thrown around. I sure get broken but it hung in there and it still works perfect He’s very happy with it
