I buy the electronics for my 7yr old grandson who calls me and tells me what he wants

I needed a new computer and decided to purchase this one after months of research of all the different computers out there. I really like the S mode feature of this computer. I wanted a windows computer vs a macbook. I like to have all the control of the different things i do on my computer. On a Mac you are restricted on certain security issues and i didnt like that. I want to be able to choose what i can do on my computer. Not be controlled.

Having this helped. They not only set up my new computer they also replaced my battery on my old computer as well for free!! I recommend getting this!!!!

A must for all products that qualify. You will treat your devices as intended rather than a piece of fragile glass. It will open up your confidence and trust. Also it eliminates the need to "shop around" because you know that BEST BUY is the place that will cover you in this dangerous world!

Have not used the protection yet for my lap top hoping they do assist me as they advised.

Great laptop! Fast and reliable, slim and beautiful

When I experienced water damage to my laptop i was devastated and panicking. Once i contacted a tech team then assured me that my documents and file were not a total lost. I did have to wait a few days for review but bestbuy was quick to offer me a giftcard that covered the replacement laptop and protection plan. This was a relief and very satisfying.
