I really didn’t know if joining Best Buy membership would be worth investing in. Turns out I the free delivery for my Washer & Dryer made the membership a great investment. Jack I even got free delivery on my new TV.

This is a no brainer to purchase. Brought in laptop to transfer data. Cost more than the plan, so bought the plan. Now all is covered for a year. Great deal.

For the price it is a great deal to protect your purchase

It gives you great deals, warranty coverage in case something doesn’t work, a great return period, and will pay for itself in the long run!

I've used the best buy, geek squad protection plan for the last few years. I take my computer in for a tune-up which is included in the service and that in itself is worth what I pay for the service.

Whenever I’ve had a problem, I just drop by the store and they take care of it. Good value, I like brick and mortar that way I have someone to talk to and I’ve always been there.

Total tech/total care is a fantastic addition to Best Buy. I absolutely love it. We had an oculus break and I brought it into the store and left with a brand new one twenty minutes later. Totally worth the price per year with how much it covers and what it covers. All of my tech devices purchased at Best Buy are covered which is great so I don’t have a ton of different warranties to keep up with and the ease to get an item fixed or replaced is great.
