Loved the ease of use and help especially during the time difference

It is great to know I can call Best Biy Geek Squad when there is an issue with any of my purchases. Many times they are able to handle over the phone. If an appointment is needed it’s usually within a few days.

I used to spend $250 to $300 per laptop to get insurance.. (and on other electronics) This "newer" program is awesome. Everything I buy is added to the program.. simple and efficient, and much less expensive. I have yet to use it because everything is new, I will update when the program is tested. We purchased new TVs, computers, modems & routers and a variety of other items this Christmas season.. Buying insurance for every item would have been expensive. TotalTech.. one 2 yr fee, all new items are automatically added.. Smart move for Best Buy.

Good service when needed from Geek Squad evertime you call for service and very polite. Why wouldn't a customer shop at Best Buy. They have products you want. So far i have bought head phones , many lap tops in the years, and e readers, cell phones, 3 TVs,too much to list. Go check it out!! i used to get black tie on each individual item. now its a blanket for all purchases. have not had to use it yet, but nice knowing i have it.

I’m a total tech member. Paid for the annual fee on first purchase and installation. Rest of the appliance purchases and installations have been FREE. (Did I say FREE?!?) so worth it. I’ll never not be a total tech member. And by the way, in 2 of our installation instances, they came out twice on the dishwasher install and the TV install, with no questions asked and cheerfully, and got it right on both counts.

Its always worth it to have this. I have the Best Buy Total membership and it includes the 24th month coverage. I have several TVs, computers, and car audio that is worth this membership!

Wicked fast. Does everything a Chromebook should exceedingly well. Beautiful build quality. Works as a laptop or a tablet, and very fine in either configuration. Bought for my wife, but she found the Chrome operating system too challenging and after a yeoman's effort to learn it, went back to her 7-year-old Windows machine. She also missed her tried and true Windows software that wouldn't run on this. Decided to return it -- after the return eligibility expired!!! Anybody want to buy this very slightly used Chromebook???
