I got this plan after buying a laptop. So far, the program has done its job. I have some time (24 months!) to understand the benefits.

I bought my son a laptop computer for college and we signed up for the protection plan. He had an issue with the display. He took to local Best Buy (near college) and they sent for repair. Returned within the week with no issues. He has not had any issues since return. Recommend the protection plan especially when buying computers.

The extended warranty is excellent have been using it for about 5 years now

Wonderful device and protection system, buy it……..

At first, I was skeptical about purchasing this because it’s not cheap but after having it for a year or so now it seems to be quite helpful. Not every item you buy is well built, and sometimes it has flaws this way if you have a problem with the item I can return it and you guys are awesome.

I'm disappointed with the service charge. I realize that Best Buy must keep up with the current trends and cost of electronics. When I purchase any product, I try to make the right decision for warranty cost etc. with the help & full advice of the Geek Squad agent. I relied on Best Buy to keep it affordable for their clients.

I do not usually purchase warranty’s but this time around this one paid for itself! When I purchased my computer, Geek Squad had to transfer everything from my old computer and it was all included in the warranty!

When you need help with an item they are very quick to fix any issue.
