great service to diagnose and fix a 6-year-old laptop. the 2 fans died and replacements were needed. I obtained the parts and the tech quickly turned around the repairs. a few hundred dollars of labor that I did not have to pay. just be sure to book an appointment to save dropoff and pickup time.

We are happy with this protection so far. We tried to buy everything from Best Buy to utilize this service. Whenever I have had issues, they are prompt to answer the phone and arrange repair. I think this is a good service for anyone to have and is especially useful inexpensive appliances that sometimes aren’t as Long lasting as they used to be.

I haven't had to use my Best Buy protection yet, but it's good to know it's there. I eat at my desk, and my laptop travels with me, so I might need the protection in the future.

Dont take the warranty for granted! It is 100% worth it! Im just your average struggling college stufent and im glad i had my warranty because if not id be struggling to buy a brand new laptop. I have severe wayer damage on my laptop and wasnt able to save jt but they were able to give me store credit on the value of my laptop to get a new one It IS LEGIT
